Background

QAU labs (pronounced "cow labs") is the brainchild of Alexander Bentsen, an accomplished Quality Assurance professional with a BBA degree in International Marketing.

Since 1998, Mr. Bentsen has helped a number of prominent companies improve the quality of their:

• websites
• e-mail campaigns
• banners
• CD-ROMs
• DVD interfaces
• IVR systems
• touch-screen interfaces

Having learned the common elements of effective website and interaction design, Alex decided to launch a firm focused on helping websites reach their full potential. In 2006 QAU labs was born.

QAU labs consists of Alexander Bentsen and a team of highly-qualified partners who were carefully selected for their experience, integrity and passion. We are based in New York City, but can accommodate clients in any part of the world.
